| One sad thing that happened in March was the passing of the father of our good friend Brenda | Being a veteran, he was honored with a solemn military ceremony | After the internment at the national cemetary, we were invited to a memorial in Tacoma, at a convention hall overlooking the port | The reception was held in a historic theater | Brenda’s niece is an accomplished violinist and performed some music at the reception |
